I received my BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University; MSc in Automatic Control from Sheffield University UK; MSc in E-Learning, Multimedia & Consultancy from Sheffield Hallam University UK; and PhD in Control Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University UK.

I teach Control engineering, Electrical and Electronics Technology, Electrical Power systems, Digital Signal Processing, Instruementation and Sensors.

Editor-in-Chief of Mediterranean Journal of Measurement and Control.

My current research interests include Fuzzy Control, Robust Multivariable Control, Model Predictive Control, and generally the Artificial Intelligence in process control and renewable energy applications.
